Norris Baker, has had a successful career in education with the Winston Salem//Forsyth County Schools and as the Lower School Director and Associate Head of School at Forsyth Country Day school. His most recent role as Chief Development Officer and Executive Director of a non profit organization as well as his experience as a teacher, coach, counselor, administrator and principal compliment his leadership and people skills while integrating his natural desire to be a part of the greater community. Enhancing relationships while serving clients and the community are his priorities.
In addition to earning a Bachelors Degree in Education, Norris has a Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision. He also holds a designation from the UNC- Chapel Hill Institute of Government, graduating from the Principals Executive Program.
Norris and his wife Kimberley are the proud parents of two daughters, Rachel and Kathleen.
